It will be required to you: keys "on 10", "on 13", "on 19", an assembly shovel.

1. Remove the air filter for access simplification (see. "Removal and installation of the air filter").	2. A key "on 10" turn out two bolts of fastening of the top cover of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism...

3.... also uncover.

4. Remove the right forward wheel.

5. Take off a belt of the drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering (see. "Replacement of a belt of the drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering").

6. Take off a belt of the drive of the generator and compressor of the conditioner (see. "Replacement of a belt of the drive of the generator and compressor of the conditioner").

7. A key "on 19" turn out a bolt of fastening of a pulley of the drive of belts of the generator, compressor of the conditioner and pump of the hydraulic booster of steering...	8.... also remove a pulley from a bent shaft.

Good advice The bolt of fastening of a pulley of the drive of belts of the generator, compressor of the conditioner and pump of the hydraulic booster of steering will be tightened the big moment. To record a bent shaft from a provorachivaniye, include the V transfer and press a brake pedal (it the assistant has to make).

9. A key "on 10" turn out two bolts of fastening of the lower cover of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism...	10.... also uncover.

11. Examine a belt of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism. Replace a belt if at survey you find:

– oil traces on any surface of a belt;

– wear tracks of a gear surface, a crack, undercuts, folds and peeling of fabric from rubber;

– cracks, folds, deepenings or cambers on an external surface of a belt;

– a razlokhmachivaniye or stratification on face surfaces of a belt.

Prevention The belt with traces of engine oil on any its surface should be replaced as oil quickly destroys rubber. The reason of hit of oil on a belt (usually owing to violation of tightness of epiploons of cranked and distributive shaft) should be eliminated immediately.

12. Check a belt tension. Correctly tense belt has to turn on 90 ° from the effort of fingers of 15-20 N (1,5–2 kgfs) enclosed in the middle between pulleys of cranked and distributive shaft. If necessary adjust a belt tension.	13. A key "on 13" weaken an inhaling of two bolts of fastening of an arm of a tension roller.

14. Implant an assembly shovel between an arm of the inlet pipeline and an arm of a tension roller. Shifting an arm of a tension roller to the right, pull a belt of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism and tighten bolts of fastening of an arm the moment specified in the appendix 1.

15. Establish the removed details as it should be, the return to removal.
