4.3.20. Check of technical condition of details of a back suspension bracket on the car
You carry out all checks and works from below the car installed on the elevator or a viewing ditch (with the hung-out back wheels).
Find out whether is not present on details of a suspension bracket of cracks or traces of a zadevaniye against road obstacles or a body, deformation of levers, bars of the stabilizer, body back details in places of fastening of knots and details of a suspension bracket.
Check a condition of rubber-metal hinges, rubber pillows, a condition (draft) of springs of a suspension bracket.
Rubber-metal hinges and rubber pillows are subject to replacement at gaps and a unilateral vypuchivaniye of rubber, and also when cutting their face surfaces.

The arrangement of elements of a back suspension bracket on the car is shown in fig. 4.3.
On rubber-metal hinges are not allowed:
– signs of aging, crack;
– unilateral vypuchivaniye of the rubber massif.
Replace defective parts.
Check lack of mechanical damages (deformations, cracks, etc.) of suspension bracket elements.
1. Uncover the top support of damping racks of a back suspension bracket...
2.... also examine the top support located in salon (on a photo the left shelf of a luggage carrier is for descriptive reasons removed). In case of strong deformation, a local vypuchivaniye and a lead over fittings of the rubber massif replace a support.
3. Examine rubber plugs of the lower hinges of fastening of damping racks.
4. Check rubber-metal hinges (saylentblok) of fastening of a beam of a back suspension bracket to body arms.
5. Examine shock-absorbers (begin to flow liquids and "sweating" are not allowed).
6. Check springs 1 and buffers of compression 2.
7. Check also bearings of naves of back wheels.
Pay attention to system of production of the fulfilled gases. The foreign knocks published by it often take for knock in a back suspension bracket. Application of non-standard details or break of elements of a suspension bracket of the muffler can cause strong knock, especially at throttlings. For check stop the engine, attentively examine system of release, check reliability of fastening and a suspension bracket of the muffler. Having undertaken the end of an exhaust pipe, shake the muffler up-down and here and there — knocks should not be.
