5.8.7. Replacement of laying of an inlet pipe

Between flanges of a head of the block of cylinders and an inlet pipe the sealing laying made of the pressed asbestos leaf reinforced by steel is established. At violation of tightness of this laying the engine works unevenly ("troit"). If it is not possible to eliminate malfunction with tightening of fastening of an inlet pipe, replace laying.
For replacement of laying of an inlet pipe it is not required to disconnect any hoses (except a hose of system of ventilation of a case of the engine) and wires. Their flexibility allows to take away an inlet pipe from a head of the block of cylinders on the distance sufficient for laying removal.
It will be required to you: a face head "on 13", passatizh, the screw-driver with a crosswise edge.
1. Disconnect a cable tip from the sector of the drive of a butterfly valve, take a cable braid from an arm and take a cable aside (see. "Adjustment and replacement of a cable of the drive of a butterfly valve").
2. Disconnect a block of a plait of wires from conclusions of the sensor of provision of a butterfly valve...
3.... from idling regulator conclusions...
4.... from conclusions of the sensor of absolute pressure in an inlet pipe...
5.... and from conclusions of nozzles of system of injection of fuel.
6. Disconnect a block of a plait of wires from conclusions of the sensor of phases of the gas-distributing mechanism...
7.... also take plaits of wires aside.
8. Separate the plastic collar connecting a fuel stage and a guide of the masloizmeritelny probe.
9. Weaken an inhaling of a collar and disconnect the airbringing hose from a branch pipe of throttle knot.
10. Remove a fuel stage and, without disconnecting from it a hose in order to avoid depressurization of system, take a stage aside (see. "Removal and installations of a fuel stage").
11. Remove throttle knot (see. "Removal and installation of throttle knot").
12. Weaken a collar of fastening of a vacuum hose to a receiver, having squeezed its unbent ears, shift a collar on a hose...
13.... also disconnect a hose from a receiver.
14. Weaken a collar inhaling...
15.... also disconnect a hose of ventilation of a case from a receiver branch pipe.
16. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the supporting arm to an inlet pipe and one bolt of fastening to the block of cylinders.
17. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the amplifier to a receiver...
18.... one nut of fastening of the amplifier and an inlet pipe to a head of the block of cylinders...
19.... also remove the amplifier.
20. Turn off nuts of fastening of an inlet pipe to a cylinder block head.

21.... also remove an inlet pipe assembled with a receiver.
22. Remove old laying.
23. Remove the remains of old laying from privalochny surfaces of an inlet pipe and a head of the block of the cylinder.
24. Turn out two bolts 1 and three nuts 2...
25.... also separate a receiver and an inlet pipe.
26. Remove old laying from receiver hairpins.
27. Remove the remains of old laying from privalochny surfaces of an inlet pipe and a receiver.
28. Establish new laying and all removed details as it should be, the return to removal.
