The fuel stage is removed for replacement at damage, for replacement of nozzles or for receiving access to other knots.

It will be required to you: a face head "on 8", the screw-driver with a flat edge, a knife or bokoreza.

1. Reduce pressure in a power supply system (see. "Pressure decrease in a power supply system").

2. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery.

3. Squeeze a clamp of a block of a plait of wires of a nozzle...	4.... also disconnect a block from a nozzle. Similarly disconnect blocks of a plait of wires from other nozzles.

5. Disconnect blocks of a plait of wires from sensors of a detonation, concentration of oxygen in the fulfilled gases, provisions of a butterfly valve, temperature and pressure of air in the inlet pipeline, temperatures of cooling liquid and from the regulator of idling and take away a plait of wires from the engine.

Note The airbringing sleeve, throttle knot and hoses of system of ventilation of a case are for descriptive reasons removed.

6. Separate the lock of a collar of fastening of a fuel hose to the union of a fuel stage...	7.... also disconnect a fuel hose from the stage union.

Good advice At a detachment of a fuel hose from the union of a fuel stage put under a junction rags that it absorbed the fuel remains which can flow out from a stage and a hose.

8. Separate the plastic collar connecting a fuel stage and a guide of the masloizmeritelny probe.	9. Turn out right...

10.... and left bolts of fastening of a fuel stage to the inlet pipeline...	11.... also remove a stage, taking out nozzles from openings of the inlet pipeline.

Prevention If at removal of a fuel stage any nozzle remains in an inlet pipe of the engine, replace its sealing rings and a clamp.

12. If necessary remove from a nozzle stage (see. "Removal, installation and check of nozzles").

Note Replace sealing rings of nozzles new at each removal or dismantling of a fuel stage.

13. Establish a fuel stage in the sequence, the return to removal, having oiled sealing rings of nozzles engine.

14. Having connected a fuel hose to a stage, check tightness of its connection with a stage and tightness of consolidations of nozzles.
