If leak of oil through laying of an oil case does not manage to be eliminated with tightening of bolts of its fastening, so laying is strongly deformed and it needs to be replaced.

Perform work on a viewing ditch, a platform or whenever possible on the elevator.

You will need a face head "on 10".

1. Disconnect a wire from the minus plug of the rechargeable battery.

2. Merge oil from the engine (see. "Replacement of oil in the engine and an oil filter").

3. Remove the forward amplifier of a case of coupling (see. "Removal and installation of the transmission").

4. Remove a reception pipe (see. "Replacement of a reception pipe").

5. Turn out eighteen bolts of fastening of an oil case...	6.... remove a case.

7. Remove laying of a case from the privalochny surface of the block of cylinders.

8. Remove the remains of old laying and sealant (at its existence) from the privalochny surfaces of the block of cylinders and an oil case. Carefully wipe rags oil from privalochny surfaces.

9. Lay new laying on a privalochny surface of an oil case.

10. Establish a case and evenly cross-wise tighten bolts, as shown in fig. 5.5.

11. Establish all removed details as it should be, the return to removal.

12. Fill in oil in an engine case.

Prevention It is possible to launch the engine after replacement of consolidation of an oil case not earlier than in one hour, it is necessary for sealant polymerization.
