Remove the pump for repair or replacement at emergence during its work of noise which level exceeds usual and which appears at formation of a big radial side play of a shaft of the pump, and also at leak of cooling liquid from under consolidation of a shaft of the pump.

Dismantling of the pump — quite laborious work therefore at its malfunction we recommend to replace the pump assembled.

It will be required to you: a face head "on 10", passatizh with changeable capture and all tools necessary for removal of a belt of the drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering (see. "Replacement of a belt of the drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering"), a belt of the drive of the generator and the compressor of the conditioner (see. "Replacement of a belt of the drive of the generator and compressor of the conditioner"), a belt of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism (see. "Replacement of a belt of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism and its tension roller").

1. Merge liquid from the engine cooling system (see. "Replacement of cooling liquid").

2. Take off a belt of the drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering (see. "Replacement of a belt of the drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering").

3. Take off a belt of the drive of the generator and compressor of the conditioner (see. "Replacement of a belt of the drive of the generator and compressor of the conditioner").

4. Take off a belt of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism (see. "Replacement of a belt of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism and its tension roller")

5. Weaken a collar of fastening of the bringing hose to a branch pipe of the water pump, having squeezed passatizham its unbent ears, shift a collar on a hose...	6.... also disconnect the bringing hose from a branch pipe of the water pump.

7. Turn out four bolts of fastening of the water pump to the block of cylinders...	8.... also remove the pump.

9. Clear the interfaced surfaces of the block of cylinders of the laying remains...

10.... and cases of the water pump.

11. Install the water pump and all removed details as it should be, the return to removal.

Good advice For the guaranteed ensuring tightness of interface of the water pump to the block of cylinders apply a thin film of sealant on their surface.

12. Adjust a tension of a belt of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism (see. "Check and adjustment of a tension of a belt of the drive of the gas-distributing mechanism"), and a belt of the drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering (see. "Check and adjustment of a tension of a belt of the drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering").
