6.2.6. Repair of a secondary shaft
Process of dismantling of a secondary shaft is described when dismantling the transmission (see. "Dismantling and assembly of the transmission and troubleshooting of its details"). In this subsection replacement of forward and average bearings of a shaft is shown.
You will need a universal stripper.
1. Clamp a secondary shaft in a vice through a thick layer of rags or through overlays for sponges of a vice from soft metal and establish captures of a universal stripper under a separator of the forward bearing.
|
2. Rotating the power screw of a stripper, press the bearing from a shaft pin.
|
Prevention
The bearing pressed in the shown way is not suitable for repeated installation as its separator is damaged. Therefore needlessly do not dismantle bearings of a secondary shaft.
|
3. Napressuyte the forward bearing on a pin of a secondary shaft, putting effort to an internal ring.
Prevention
At a bearing napressovka with application of effort to a separator it will be damaged.
|
4. Similarly replace the average bearing of a secondary shaft.
Prevention
When replacing bearings of a secondary shaft surely replace their external rings established in a case of coupling and in the holder of an external ring of the average bearing (see. "Dismantling and assembly of the transmission and troubleshooting of its details").
