The lever of a forward suspension bracket is replaced at its damage or at wear of the rubber-metal hinge or a saylentblok.

It will be required to you: all tools necessary for removal of a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket (see. "Removal and installation of a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket"), a key "on 19", a mandrel for a vypressovka from the back hinge of the lever of the expansion plug (it is possible to use a head from tool kit of suitable diameter), the hammer.

1. Slow down the car the parking brake and establish an antiretractable emphasis ("boots") under back wheels. Raise a jack a forward part of the car and establish it on support. Remove forward wheels.

Prevention Weaken and tighten bolts of fastening of wheels only on the car standing on the earth.

2. Remove a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket (see. "Removal and installation of a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket").

Note It is necessary to remove a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket because the bolt of its fastening at the same time to a longeron of a body attached also the back hinge of the lever of a suspension bracket. Besides, without vypressovka of the expansion plug from the hinge the lever cannot be disconnected from a cross-piece, and it is impossible to vypressovat the plug from the knot installed on the car.

3. Remove the stabilizer of cross stability from a cross-piece of a forward suspension bracket (see. "Replacement of details of the stabilizer of cross stability of a forward suspension bracket").

4. Turn out a bolt of forward fastening of the lever to a cross-piece.	5. A suitable mandrel (it is possible to use a face head of suitable diameter from tool kit) to a vypressuyta from the back hinge of the lever the expansion plug...

Note Replace strongly corroded or deformed expansion plug.

6.... also disconnect the lever from a cross-piece.

Note As original levers of a forward suspension bracket deliver in the spare part assembled with rubber-metal hinges and saylentbloky, further dismantling of the lever does not make sense.

7. Establish details as it should be, the return to removal, without delaying finally fastening of rubber-metal hinges of the lever.

8. Having lowered the car on the earth, several times strongly rock it. Finally tighten threaded connections of a suspension bracket on the car standing on the earth, the moment specified in the appendix 1.

Note After replacement of the lower lever of a forward suspension bracket check and if necessary adjust the angles of installation of wheels. Use services of the workshops having the special equipment.
