If check of a support confirmed need of its replacement (see. "Check of technical condition of a forward suspension bracket on the car"), replace it.

It will be required to you: keys "on 16", "on 17", "on 18", a key for bolts of wheels.

1. Lift and establish a forward part of the car on support. Remove a wheel.

Preventions Slow down the car the parking brake and establish an antiretractable emphasis ("boots") under back wheels. Weaken and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel only on the car standing on the earth.

2. Turn off a nut of a bolt of klemmovy fastening of a finger of a spherical support in an eye of a rotary fist.	3. Turn out three bolts of fastening of a spherical support to the suspension bracket lever...

4.... also remove a mortgage plate of its fastening with welded nuts.

Note Replace strongly corroded or having damages of carving openings plate.

5. Turn out the lower bolt of fastening of a guide of blocks of the forward brake mechanism to a rotary fist.

Note The bolt of fastening of a guide of blocks of the forward brake mechanism to a rotary fist needs to be turned out because it does not allow to take out a bolt of klemmovy fastening of a finger of a spherical support in an eye of a rotary fist.

6. Take a bolt of klemmovy fastening of a finger of a spherical support from openings of an eye of a rotary fist...	7.... and, having taken a fist a little aside, remove a spherical support.

8. Establish a spherical support as it should be, the return to removal, without tightening finally a nut of a bolt of fastening of her finger in an eye of a rotary fist.

Prevention

At installation do not damage a protective cover of a spherical support.

9. Having lowered the car on the earth, several times strongly rock it. Tighten a nut of a bolt of fastening of a finger in an eye of a rotary fist.

Note After replacement of a spherical support of a forward suspension bracket check and if necessary adjust the angles of installation of wheels. Use services of the workshops having the special equipment.
