8.5.4. Replacement of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering
The pump of the hydraulic booster of steering is installed on the engine on the left side and is given from a pulley of a bent shaft by a maple belt.
It will be required to you: keys "on 10", "on 13", "on 19", keys hexagons "on 6", "on 8", "on 10", passatizh.
1. Take off a belt of the drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering (see. "Replacement of a belt of the drive of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering").

2. Squeeze the unbent short moustaches of a collar of fastening of a hose of the returnable highway of a passatizhama, shift a collar on a hose...

3.... also disconnect a hose from the union of the pump, plums from a hose working liquid of the hydraulic booster in suitable capacity.

4. Turn out a fastening bolt union to the pump of the delivery highway...
|
5.... also disconnect the highway.
|
6. Take a bolt union from a pipeline tip and remove two sealing rubber-metal rings established on both sides of a tip.

Prevention
Replace sealing rings of a tip of the pressure head highway new at each dismantling of connection.

7. Turn out a bolt of fastening of an arm of the pump to the tension device...
|
8.... bolt of the tension device...
|
|
11.... also remove the pump together with an arm.
|
12. If the pump was removed for replacement, and on the new pump there is no arm, turn out three bolts of fastening of a pulley of the pump, holding its shaft from a provorachivaniye the second key...

17. Install a pulley and an arm on the new pump.

Note
Repair of the pump of the hydraulic booster of steering requires the special equipment. Therefore replace the faulty pump new or address to the service center.

18. Establish details as it should be, the return to removal, and remove air from system of the hydraulic booster of steering (see. "Pumping of system of the hydraulic booster of steering").
