9.5.2. Replacement of the main brake cylinder
As practice shows, in many cases the cylinder partition in garage conditions does not result in desirable result. Therefore in case of malfunction we recommend to replace the main brake cylinder assembled.
It will be required to you: a face head "on 13", a special key "on 11" for nuts of pipelines.
1. Turn off a stopper of a tank of the main brake cylinder...
2.... also pump out brake fluid from a tank, for example, the medical syringe. Establish into place a tank stopper that dirt did not get to it.
3. Turn off a nut of fastening of the pipeline to the cylinder...
4.... also take the pipeline aside.
Good advice
Muffle pipelines in any available way (for example, having put on their ends protective caps of valves for production of air) to prevent an effluence of brake fluid.
5. Similarly turn off a nut of fastening of the second pipeline to the main cylinder.
6. Turn off two nuts of fastening...
7.... also remove the main brake cylinder assembled with a tank.
8. If necessary remove a tank from the main brake cylinder (see. "Replacement of a tank of the main brake cylinder").
9. Establish details as it should be, the return to removal, fill in brake fluid and remove air from a system hydraulic actuator (see. "Pumping of a hydraulic actuator of the brake system").
