10.7.3. Removal and installation of the switch (lock) of ignition
The switch (lock) of ignition put on a steering column is fixed by a bolt and a lock ring. The switch (lock) of ignition can be changed, without removing a steering column.
It will be required to you: a six-sided key "on 5", a stripper of lock rings.
1. Remove a steering wheel (see. "Removal and installation of a steering wheel").
2. Remove casings of a steering column (see. "Removal and installation of casings of a steering column").
3. Remove a contact ring of switches of sound signals and understeering switches from a steering column (see. "Replacement of understeering switches").
4. Wring out a clamp and disconnect a block of a plait of wires from contact group of the lock of ignition.

5. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the lock of ignition to a steering column.

6. Unclench a lock ring of the lock of ignition...

7.... also remove a lock ring from a shaft of a steering column.

10.... and then remove the ignition lock from a steering column.
Note
So the switch (lock) of ignition looks. Turn on its marking to buy the same lock for replacement.

11. Establish details as it should be, the return to removal.
